At Viva Mind Health, we value your time and strive to provide quality care to all clients. The following policy outlines our cancellation and payment terms.

Appointment Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy

Clients who do not attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may be charged a no-show fee.

Refunds

Payments for services rendered are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for completed sessions.

​If a billing error occurs, please contact us so we may review and resolve the matter.
